I'm disappointed because the issue I took my car in for twice has not been resolved. I tried to reach out and haven't received a response. Communication was mostly good, minus the time we had to reschedule twice has not been resolved. I tried to reach out and haven't received a response. Communication was mostly good, minus the time we had to reschedule last minute after me trying to confirm the appointment 3 times days leading up to the appointment.. on a day where we had to switch cars. This would've been ok if they were able to fix the issue, which they were not. Overall disappointing experience where I now have to find another dealership to take my car to to address the issue. I stopped in previously to get information on tires and make an oil change appointment. When I showed up at 7:30 for my oil change I was never enter into the computer.
