Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Dropped the vehicle off for a body shop estimate and then they called for $175 estimate to investigate suspension damage & wanted another $175 to es Dropped the vehicle off for a body shop estimate and then they called for $175 estimate to investigate suspension damage & wanted another $175 to estimate the evap system damage because it had a check Engine light on. I declined the diagnostic fees. Then they called me back and said they are unable to estimate the body damage work on my 2004 Chevy Monte Carlo SS. They told me to go to another body shop. They should have known what vehichle they can work on before having me drop it off etc. Crest Cadillac and Mander collision their direct neighbors gave me same day estimates. This stealership was unable to provide any meaningful service. They were fishing for extra money upfront. I won't be bringing my vehicles back for any services there. They wasted my time. More
