I appreciate the fact that a car wash is included with a service visit, and Generally, the service dept moves my vehicles through in a timely manner. I appreciate the fact that a car wash is included with a service visit, and I also appreciate that they typically don’t try to sell me 3 things that I didn’t come in for. I’ve been to other local service departments where they continually attempt to sell me other services for my vehicles, and I stop using them for that reason. My one disappointment is a recent increase in pricing for a standard oil change and tire rotation. More

I had an oil changed scheduled for 3:15 pm and as another appointment just before ran over, I called to reschedule because I knew I wouldn’t make it from downtown. However, they told me to still bring it and they would be able to accommodate me at 4 pm. It was recommended that I also have a wheel alignment done as well and both services would take about two hours. They finished 45 minutes earlier than expected. ALL leading up to a holiday weekend. More
