Bad customer service I've had multiple encounters with your service center.. Some positive..but every time I encounter mr. Mike Riley I've had terrible customer service.. He seems to always had a ride and condensending attitude and tone...I came in as he and another service agent was helping someone .. Mike finished and said hold on someone will be with me.. He walked out.. Came back took a call then decided to say now I can help.. Call came after I was there... Considering the other rep answered call with customer in front of him and said to caller can I take your number and call back...I think that was the right way.. But even when I asked Mike was he ready for me now.. His reply was that's what I asked..I believe he is rude..I will not deal with him since being treated like that now after multiple times... More
