This dealership is the best! Response was fantastic when I was trapped in my Cascada because of a theft deterrent malfunction about 30 minutes before dealership closed. After about 10 minutes I was able to Back up from garage to driveway, but was unable to restart. AAA towed car with dealership’s permission to the closed dealership’s lot. It was checked in at ; 7:15 AM Monday.- Problem was caused by failing battery. I was given a ride to the dealership after battery was installed. Tim arranged all repairs on a priority basis and maintained communication with me! I felt very supported and appreciated the professionalism and friendliness. I am returning on June 19,2023 to have 4 new tires mounted. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quick response to my frightening emergency situation, the supportive manner in which care was provided and the expertise demonstrated by all who restored my Cascada to it’s everyday wonderful performance! More
I was expecting to have the tailgate wiper motor replaced as I requested about a week previous from a faulty latch which caused it to open, hit the garage door frame and shatter, damaging the motor. That did as I requested about a week previous from a faulty latch which caused it to open, hit the garage door frame and shatter, damaging the motor. That did not happen. The faulty latch was diagnosed and will be covered under warranty. The motor is not. I have to return to get both fixed now. So much for the “bumper to bumper” warranty Buick taunts. So I have had the car for about 2 months now, put $300.00+ into it and will be charged for a new wiper motor as well. I ain’t happy. More
The "check engine" symbol on our 2011 Buick Regal lit up on a Sunday afternoon, 100 miles from home. We limped home, as acceleration was hesitating, arriving safely. Monday morning, we drove to Brookfield on a Sunday afternoon, 100 miles from home. We limped home, as acceleration was hesitating, arriving safely. Monday morning, we drove to Brookfield Buick. The service area was heavily booked. We only service our Buick at Brookfield Buick, so when advisor Tim Lisowski told us that we would have to leave the car; that they would try to fit it in, we obliged. Tim made no promises, and it was understandable as we had no appointment. A couple of hours later, Tim called to say that they had diagnosed issues with the intake & exhaust position actuator valves. They had the parts and we gave the go ahead to repair it. Our Buick was ready for pick-up before day's end. Tim Lisowski and the Brookfield Buick / GMC Service Team came through for us. We deeply appreciate their expertise and commitment to their customers. THANKS BROOKFIELD BUICK!!!!!! More
We have been having Mike Juneau's GMC service our Yukon for 10 years now. Any service and repair work is done in an efficient manner. It's not great. Service department people are hit or miss. I have had various issues with my new truck, they never seem to get it right. Leave the vehicle messy a Service department people are hit or miss. I have had various issues with my new truck, they never seem to get it right. Leave the vehicle messy after service, etc. They don't really seem to understand the vehicles features and tech, I basically had to google things to figure them out. Salesman was a nice guy. One of the service reps totally dismissed me saying their techs are way too busy to show how something works, barely looked up from his computer. No loaner cars, but they have a shuttle service. Waiting area isn't as nice as some of the newer dealerships that have nice furniture, snacks, drinks, etc. Overall, I guess buying a $70K vehicle doesn't mean much these days. More
