Poor communication. Had my care for two weeks before it was finished after being told it would only take 2-3 days. Waked into the dealership and it was very calm and very friendly. Lisa was our salesperson and she let me test drive an Equinox, which is what I was interested in. Many dealerships were very low on their stock so they ordered exactly what options I wanted. I’m very happy with my new Equinox, with Lisa and the entire staff. It was nice not being pressured or feeling I wasn’t important to them. I will return to Mike Kelly Chevrolet-Cadillac, even though there is another Chevrolet dealership closer to me. More
