I was traveling on vacation from Missouri when I experienced an issue with my GMC Sierra 3500 which I was pulling a travel trailer. GMC Customer Service was calling dealerships in the Denver area. experienced an issue with my GMC Sierra 3500 which I was pulling a travel trailer. GMC Customer Service was calling dealerships in the Denver area. The first 4 dealerships said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get me in. Obviously, this would not work for someone who is stranded while on vacation. Then customer service called Erik Wolkan at McCaddon GMC in Boulder. Erik said to send me his way and they would get me in as soon as possible because he knew what it was like to be stranded on the road. Erik and his team took care of everything, they gave me a courtesy car and even let me set up my camper in the back lot of the dealership. Erik Wolken is the best example of a Customer Experiance Manager GM could ask for! The following morning they were able to get my truck in early and quickly discovered the problem was a simple update to the computer system. Erik and his team got me back on the road by noon that day. I will be forever grateful to the members of the McCaddon team that worked so hard to get a traveller back on the road. Thank You! More

I live in Virginia and bought a 2021 bright blue Canyon from McCaddon. It was the only one in the country that matched my criteria and Joe did an excellent job helping me through the process. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and made sure I was getting what I wanted; even with me only seeing pictures of the truck. Joe was very knowledgable about all the features and even had very helpful suggestions for the spray-in bedliner and cargo hooks. Thanks to the finance department also for doing a great job. This was my first new vehicle and feel fortunate that Joe answered the phone when I called McCaddon. I didn't think it was possible to buy remotely and contract a transport company to deliver it to my front door but Joe and the McCaddon team made it happen without a single problem. More
