I bought a Used 2009 Saturn Outlook in 2011 and McCaddon was listed as the dealership that is authorized to provide maintenance on Saturns since they stopped making them in 2010. When I went in for my firs was listed as the dealership that is authorized to provide maintenance on Saturns since they stopped making them in 2010. When I went in for my first maintenace check (oil change, etc...) Jon Berry worked with me explaining their process and the best suggestions for proper maintenance. Jon was so friendly and I never felt like my questions were dumb. He was so courteous and you could tell he cared about the customers. I have been going there for a year now and I continue to go to Jon because now I feel like he knows my vehicle inside/out and that anything that came up out of the ordinary, I trust his opinion. Jon is the best and I hope he never leaves because in my mind (even though I'm sure that the other service reps are great) he is irreplaceable. Pam More

Over a period of four months, we had some major issues with our battery - the problem ended up being with our onstar system. Jon helped us get the issue sorted out, set us up with rentals (not trivial, si with our battery - the problem ended up being with our onstar system.
