This dealership puts forth a great team effort to take care of their customers. Malachi came to greet us from his desk as we entered, and we later realized how fortunate we were. He was low key and honest care of their customers. Malachi came to greet us from his desk as we entered, and we later realized how fortunate we were. He was low key and honest and had us in the exact vehicle we wanted to test drive very quickly. He answered our questions clearly and if he wasn't sure of something he found someone who did know and could explain it to us. We did a test drive and bought the truck we came in to look at. Malachi explained the entire purchase process easily as we went through it. We certainly received honest and fair handling of our trade in vehicle, as we stated we had no amount in mind yet were well pleased with what they gave for it. Yolanda did the sales paperwork, presenting pricing and options clearly and factually to make sure we understood. We also spoke with Kyle and Josh over the next couple days getting help with setting up vehicle features and getting through glitches in the DealerReview website. More
