I purchased a vehicle back in march 2023 the process itself was very easy as customer service was great however I’m on my second set of temp plates and when I contacted them last week I was told I’d nee itself was very easy as customer service was great however I’m on my second set of temp plates and when I contacted them last week I was told I’d need to resign a contract… a week later I’m still waiting for the email to sign electronically and I’m moving out of state by the end of July.. all and all the experience was great but the process afterwards needs some improvement.
