After work was preformed the first thing that I noticed was all the rodent trash was still covering the engine ware the work was preformed, you would expect for the 3700.00 dollar quote they would include 30 seconds with a air hose. I was charged 49.00 for shop supply's which we know was not cleaning supply's or the 4 missing fasteners they broke and never replaced but for 30" of electrical tape used instead of the required wire brading that covers the wiring. I contacted both the service manager along with the sales manager to be told we will get back with you in 30 min well its been 5 days and nothing.....................told rip off More

Damaged oil plug I have been getting my car serviced here for some years now and all I ever do is a simple oil change and top off fluids. Well today I go in for my rou I have been getting my car serviced here for some years now and all I ever do is a simple oil change and top off fluids. Well today I go in for my routine oil change no leaks or anything, never had an oil leak since i bought my car from freedom honda back in 2014 in addtion I have been recieving service here since 2014. Matter of fact I just had a navigation system put in 30 min prior at drive in autosound and no oil leaks was brought to my attention then! So when I arrive to pick up My car Today! the gentlemen tells me that the oil pan was stripped! He quote on quote told me "who ever did ur oil change last stripped ur oil pan! and I told him that it was AL serra that last serviced my car. He then letter tells me that I have to pay 700 bucks to replace my whole oil pan for a mistake they did! So i literary am now losint a qrt or more of oil every hour and this is my dailey commute car. Highly recommend don't do any auto service at this location. Oh and get this my "oil change was on them " More
