Thank you for those kind words! However, the indignation we experienced being slighted is enough for me not to do businees with Al Serra! I had asked him to meet with us in a phone discussion earlier in the day indicating I would be there by 7p.m. I would expect at the very least to be acknowledged in earnest rather than discuss the many phone calls he receives! Which leads me to believe his organizational skills are lacking! When I had a request to meet someone I would take out my planner and post the person's name and time of the appointment and what it was in regards to! Obviously this practice isnt performed by this person! I assume you record your telephone calls that were delievered, they should be logged ! Check and confirm my statements! Also, when I arrived there was one customer being attended to, so it wasnt a peak time of day!

I have used your dealership for about 5 yrs. This was the worst of them all. If there were other cars in service area I would not said a thing. I ever spoke to person who did the oil change. Randy, I do appreciate the feedback and I am sorry that this happened. I just wanted to let you know that I realized that this review was attached to Al Serra North and I believe that the incident happened at the South store. It's no big deal and we are owned by the same company, but there is no one named Frank at the North store. One thing to keep in mind is that we do have two locations and if you found your experience problematic because of the wait time, the North store may be a good option for you. The North store, at the Chapel Hills Auto Mall, has the top scores in the western region for customer service in our service department and they aren't quite as busy as the South store can often be. This is not an attempt to drive your business from one store to the other but we like to let customers know that we have two locations for your convenience. The two stores can be quite a different experience depending on what your preference is. Thanks Again! Holly
