I paid cash for the car and was pressured by Kevin in Finance to purchase the extended warranty. In fact I told him 4 times no, and he kept pressuring me. I finally caved and said I'd see about getting a loan for it, and would send a check if I got approved. He continued to call and harass me, and insisted that I write a check on funds that I didn't have in my account and they would 'Hold' it. I finally blocked all his calls as well as everyone else there. It's been almost a month and they still haven't processed my check for the car. It makes me think I won't be getting my title anytime soon. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!! They are the definition of pushy! More
