My Truck has been in for the same issue over 8 times within the last 2 years. Finally I demanded a full diagnostic on my vehicle which they found 14 different items wrong then want to charge me $250 for within the last 2 years. The prices they gave me to fix some of the issues were insane contacted another dealership which quoted me more than half the price. They have my truck for almost 3 weeks every time they contact me it is the same story I'm sorry we are backed up. I asked them for a rental and they told me to go through my car insurance. I will never purchase or service another vehicle at this location again. I am truly so upset. I wonder if they would like someone doing this to there family member. More

Unfortunately the dealer tide up my time without actually providing a solution to my issue. 2023 Silverado has had a brake squeak since owning. Rear brakes were replaced previously and the issue persists. providing a solution to my issue. 2023 Silverado has had a brake squeak since owning. Lastly the tech the removed and reinstalled the wheels put them on backward. This resulted in me having to take more time in relocating the wheels put to the correct side of the vehicle. Big arrow that shows the direction on tire and this was still over looked. Such a nightmare, this blows as I own numerous GM (Chevrolet) vehicles. Note the truck only has 18K miles and two sets of new brakes since purchased. More

Purchased my car in 2021. Brought it in several times to say that something was loose in the dashboard. They stated that they could not hear the problem. This is a Mickey Mouse dealer, crappy inventory, dirty lot and facility and worse management. Screwed up my deal by giving incorrect info, and probably scalping a point of more on back end . Had a 7% loan pre approved and they inadvertently gave deal details that hadn't been made to bank, when my rate went up 3% for 14k down on a 180k car. To add insult to injury instead of apologizing and fixing the issue the manager insisted they had done nothing wrong and blamed the bank. Finance mangers are slime, and why I always get my loan away from dealer. They had no incentive. I had no terms but they increased the loan amount without my approval or agreed deal sheet and the rate went up 30%. The rate wouldn't increase 30% unless someone was making a bigger commish! Chevy dealers should stick to selling trucks. no clue how to deal with higher end clients... More
