My 2013 traverse with 58,000 miles stalled and wouldn’t restart. There were no engine lights etc. I had it towed to Mike Maroone Chevrolet and Miss Jackie was in charge. BIG MISTAKE. She said the engin restart. There were no engine lights etc. I had it towed to Mike Maroone Chevrolet and Miss Jackie was in charge. BIG MISTAKE. She said the engine locked up and timing chain and valves were the problem by her visual observation. LOL. My husband told her to check the intake manifold and she TOLD him that could not be the problem. She had the car for 2weeks and replaced a motor that did not need replacing, and when putting the parts together they discovered the intake manifold was cracked and had to replaced. They charged us $9800.00 and we had to pay $1,000.00 for a rental. We were from out of town so we were at their mercy. When we were picking up the car at Mike Maroone the manager told Miss Jackie “ to get us the xxxx out of his office”. Would not recommend ever bringing your car there. More

I bought my second vehicle today from Anthony Caravallo at Mike Maroone Chevrolet. He is terrific, not pushy at all. Since I had dealt with him last time, I called him today with what I was looking for, at Mike Maroone Chevrolet. He is terrific, not pushy at all. I filled out the credit app from the comfort of my home and once I was approved, drove to the dealership, looked at the vehicle, and said yes. In and out in less than 2 hours!! I highly recommend Anthony, he will make sure you are happy when you leave. More

My job is often time restrictive and I work in remote locations. I was late for my appointment, but they worked with me and stayed late to accommodate me. Sales was great but service department is lacking. Bought a Corvette in February of 2021. No test drives on a Corvette. The manual transmission would not go into gear. Took it back and was told that is the way a Corvette shifts. The front passenger tire kept losing air so I kept going back. I was talked into another tire for $450 and still losing air. My husband took it in after struggling to shift for over 6 months and was told they couldn’t believe I could even drive it. Replaced the shift linkage and they paid half the deductible I’ve had the car for a year and a half and the tire was still leaking. They kept it for 11 days to determine it was what we had been telling them all along. A valve stem. When we got it home we noticed that a lug nut on that wheel was broken off and who ever had used the air tool had lost control and took chunks out of my chrome wheel. I called service manager Adam Roach twice. Never returned our call. Will never go there again. More

10 months ago this is what John in service and mike maroone did. Took my truck in for service. They flushed my transmission and forgot to hook it up correct. It had a slow leak causing my truck not to maroone did. Took my truck in for service. They flushed my transmission and forgot to hook it up correct. It had a slow leak causing my truck not to be able to go in gear. It took 2 days for them to get me a rental. 4 days for them to tow it to their dealership. Then then delete all the records from my onstar account and lied to me saying I overheated the 4 WD. They were also very argutive and aggressive when speaking to me over the phone. I even talk to the owner Mike Maroone and advised him of the situation his service department had put me through. More
