My recent experience negotiating with Matt Koen of the Acquisition Team at Mike Maroone Honda was unprofessional. I presented a fair market price for my car. Not only did two KBB partners meet this price Acquisition Team at Mike Maroone Honda was unprofessional. I presented a fair market price for my car. Not only did two KBB partners meet this price immediately and enthusiastically, but I sold the car to one of them the very same day. Despite this, Matt Koen chose to ridicule my offer. Quoted me $4,300 and one of the things they said I needed to change was a timing belt (I have a timing chain so it's not even a real thing). Took my car to another dealership and they did everything AND repl to change was a timing belt (I have a timing chain so it's not even a real thing). Took my car to another dealership and they did everything AND replaced another caliper for $1,500...Maroone is an absolute rip off. When I called the shop out on what they were doing they hung up on me. Mind blowing that people like this can't get sued and held accountable. More

I called to schedule an appointment but did not get a confirmation text. I drove there to meet with someone in person . The sales person I met with was quite helpful and made me feel comfortable. Since my purchase, I have made 3 calls in the same number of weeks to discuss a warranty addition, I’ve left messages and been told I would get a call back the next day. To date, I have not received a return call. I would say that call backs is the area that requires improvement, from the original appointment text that I did not receive up to the calls and messages I’ve left I’ve left since then with no call back. I still would like a call back to discuss my warranty options. More
