I have a 2019 Civic that has been an awesome car until recently and it developed a problem with the tire air pressure sensors. Sensors did not come on when they should or sensors that come on for no reaso recently and it developed a problem with the tire air pressure sensors. Sensors did not come on when they should or sensors that come on for no reason. I have only good things to say about the Service Dept staff, Chris and Mo, primarily. I was treated with respect and the staff didn't give up. My car was in for service 3 different times as they tried to diagnose what was wrong. It just seemed to be one of those strange things. It's been a week and I still watch the dash anxiously, hoping that sensor does not show up again. Hondas often go for several years with no problem and I'm hoping this was just a fluke. More

What made this place different was the atmosphere--friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Kenny was great to work with. He first took time to ask about us and shared some of his background as well. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and spent considerable time explaining the car's features. He offered us a fair price, and we purchased a warranty through Beau, who also gave us a good deal. April spent almost an hour showing us how to use the car's features and electronics. We were impressed with her friendliness, knowledge and patience. Everyone made sure we were comfortable with our purchase and spent considerable time explaining everything. When we we walked into Mike Maroone Honda late Saturday afternoon, we were exhausted. But when we left, we were very satisfied. The last place was the best. More
I was going on a road trip and I asked the Service Rep if my windshield wipers were replaced and he said they were ok, but when we ran into messy road conditions going to Texas, the wipers were TERRIBLE and my windshield wipers were replaced and he said they were ok, but when we ran into messy road conditions going to Texas, the wipers were TERRIBLE and hardly cleared the windshield. They have been on the car since June of 2019 and should have been replaced, but I will get them replaced elsewhere as I don't have the time to come to your dealership and wait. Karleen Cotton More
