I was greeted at the door by an outstanding, professional and understanding salesman. Matt Koen got us out of the weather and took a few minutes to understand what the goal was for my visit that day. He automatically without hesitation or waisting my time or his was able to find a vehicle that fit my needs. Due to the circumstances surrounding my need to trade in my brand new vehicle I had only purchased a few months prior, My salesman brought in his General Sales Manager Jason Pachon to help me better understand my purchasing and leasing options as well as explain to me more about how all the numbers added up so I could make the most informed decision. There was absolutely no pressure and I was treated with care and respect. I took the information home with me and the next day returned with more questions that were met with clear answers. When I decided that I was ready to buy I had already gotten a pre-approval from my own bank, however I was told about some financing options that were better than what I had brought in from my bank. Of course me being me, I had questions. Randy Lucas from financing was there to answer all of those questions for me and after talking for a little while about the situation surrounding my vehicle swap even recommended a service plan to me that would help me maintain my new car as easily as possible. That was important to me because I’m not sure the next time I’ll be getting a new car, I needed to ensure that I can take the best possible care of this one as I can.
