Our experience at Mike Maroone Honda was excellent. Our sales rep, Seth, was gracious, knowledgeable, and very low pressure. He was right there to answer our questions about all the car systems. I bought my 2005 Odyssey new and have always brought my car into this dealership for service. I recently traded out of a vehicle I loved due to life circumstances and into something I enjoy even more now. I went into Mike Maroone Honda apprehensive about car shopping alone as a female. I was greeted at the door by an outstanding, professional and understanding salesman. Matt Koen got us out of the weather and took a few minutes to understand what the goal was for my visit that day. He automatically without hesitation or waisting my time or his was able to find a vehicle that fit my needs. Due to the circumstances surrounding my need to trade in my brand new vehicle I had only purchased a few months prior, My salesman brought in his General Sales Manager Jason Pachon to help me better understand my purchasing and leasing options as well as explain to me more about how all the numbers added up so I could make the most informed decision. There was absolutely no pressure and I was treated with care and respect. I took the information home with me and the next day returned with more questions that were met with clear answers. When I decided that I was ready to buy I had already gotten a pre-approval from my own bank, however I was told about some financing options that were better than what I had brought in from my bank. Of course me being me, I had questions. Randy Lucas from financing was there to answer all of those questions for me and after talking for a little while about the situation surrounding my vehicle swap even recommended a service plan to me that would help me maintain my new car as easily as possible. That was important to me because I’m not sure the next time I’ll be getting a new car, I needed to ensure that I can take the best possible care of this one as I can. I would absolutely not change anything about the outstanding experience despite the less than ideal circumstances in my visit to Mike Maroone Honda. Top notch guys More
