She’s always friendly, knows me and my car and is always able to find a coupon for the service I receive. My neighbor thinks they’re too costly but she’s wrong. Your dealership is consistently best and she then seems surprised when I tell her about my services and she’s surprised your people always wash my car too. Good experience I took my Honda CRV in for regular maintenance. The morning we arrived, we were greeted with a clean and staffed service drive. Tim took the keys and confirmed the service needed and an estimate cost. Tim called later in the morning to say the car was ready and to come by anytime. The service bill was less than expected, too. I am a regular customer to this store since 2006 and I have 2 Honda vehicles. More

They just want you to leave I paid $699 D/H fee when I leased the vehicle and had to pay another $699 when I bought it. Why? The salesman didn't care about anything other than the sale. He said he would detail the vehicle and all they did was vacuum the care and nothing else. I will never buy from a dealership again because of this hurry up and sign mentality. Lesson learned. More

A diasaster / save yourself the time and go to Freedom Decided to take my vehicle to this location as it's a bit closer to home. We have a 2018 Odyssey. It was having some speaker issues so we brought it i Decided to take my vehicle to this location as it's a bit closer to home. We have a 2018 Odyssey. It was having some speaker issues so we brought it in for warranty repair. Well after hours of no communication and no diagnosis, it was ready to be picked up as they deemed our issue "normal" with all cars. As we go get our car we notice a HUGE crack right down the middle of our windshield. The service manager was extremely un professional and rude. Stating our vehicle "had a rock chip in that spot and when they ran it through the car wash it split down the window." While that was DEFINITELY not the case as we JUST had the windshield inspected the day prior. The general manager also refuses to help. We will be contacting corporate. The entire experience was just awful. We will definitely not be going back here for service or sales. Do yourself a favor. Go to freedom Honda a few minutes north. Much better experiences there. More
