On this visit I felt a lack of warmth and very little communication on additional work needed on my vehicle. The cost of getting work done was significant. Where a computer check done on a check engine l communication on additional work needed on my vehicle. The cost of getting work done was significant. Where a computer check done on a check engine light would cost me $90 at molstead's I can go to an auto parts store and have them run a check for free. I felt I was just a number to run through the shop. More

I had another terrific experience with Mike Witham. He brought the vehicle for me to try out and made arrangements with Josh to work on the sale (if I chose to go that route) since he would be out of He brought the vehicle for me to try out and made arrangements with Josh to work on the sale (if I chose to go that route) since he would be out of town. Josh has helped me in the past and I love that he is easy going and his customer service and patient are great. I never feel like there is pressure to purchase any thing and he is willing to answer questions even when they are probably annoying. This buying experience was the first time I worked with Jim Molstead and he was just as wonderful. Again, there wasn't pressure to buy add on's. I was given straight forward information without a sleazy sales pitch you might get at other places which is why I keep coming back to Molstead's. I love your staff and service and you make my car buying experience enjoyable. It's probably too enjoyably based on my purchase history. More
