This is the third car my family has bought in the last year because of previous great experiences. However this time didn't turn out as great as we thought it would. We love the car but they tried to sell year because of previous great experiences. However this time didn't turn out as great as we thought it would. We love the car but they tried to sell it to us with a broken mirror... then said they wouldn't fix it. Then changed their mind. It's been a month and the mirror still hasn't been fixed. The plastic shield on the bottom of the car was messed up and of course we didn't check that, makes us feel like the inspection wasn't very thorough. Once taking in to get that shield removed, they found multiple corn stalks, which being close to the exhaust could have legitimately started our car on fire and killed my family. All we got was a sorry. Literally could have been a huge lawsuit and we just got a sorry. We also paid for black plates and they didn't send it in so we received regular plates and had to spend time going to the court house to get them switched. They also didn't offer our 50$ referral gift card until I asked why we didn't receive a few weeks later when I realized they weren't sending it... didn't realize I'd have to ask when I referred my husband to buy a car 4 months after I just bought a car from them. Overall super disappointing experience and will now reconsider any future purchases and probably won't recommend to friends and family any further. Levi was very helpful and kind, we love that he drove a vehicle to let us test drive and then spent a whole day almost working with us to find the perfect car. I can't really blame him for the rest of the terrible experience when he probably has no part in any of that. More
