My experience with this dealer was excellent. Eddie was waiting for me when I arrived and sat down with me at the beginning to discuss what I could afford. He spent the time punching numbers to see what price range we should look at based on the estimated trade in value of my current vehicle. I was very impressed with this care and that he did not try and pressure me or show me vehicles I could not afford. He had the vehicle I had seen online and was interested in ready to go in the parking lot, but first he tried to take me through the lot to point out other used vehicles which were a bit lower in price. He was understanding when I was specific about what I wanted and did not give me a hard time about being picky. He knew I wanted a specific vehicle and said that we could see after we knew my trade in value. Although he did not try and give me false hope and was very realistic with me, he also let me know that they truly would do what they could to get me in the vehicle I was wanting. Van was the one to look over my current vehicle and test drive it to attain the trade-in value. I was allowed to drive with him on the test drive. I then was able to test drive the car I specifically was wanting to buy and then sat down to discuss my trade-in value. Every thing was very well explained and I was offered a fair price for my trade-in. When I stated that I needed to stay below I certain monthly payment, Van told me that he could make it happen. They got my monthly payment exactly where I needed it and got me an excellent APR with one of their banks. It was much lower than I expected to receive and I was ecstatic. They listened and knew what I wanted and what I needed and they helped me make it happen. I was very pleased with the service at Mike Patton and would highly recommend their dealership to others. Timmy is one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with. I asked him for tons of information and looked at several different cars with different options and prices before reaching a decision. He never got mad and got all of the information quickly. There was no pressure to try to get me to make a decision.I don't know how much he gets paid but he deserves a raise. More
First of all they charged me for two brake jobs @ 18K miles and 34K miles and acted as if that was normal brake wear. Oh, the back brakes were gone and front were like new so no way my driving did that! miles and 34K miles and acted as if that was normal brake wear. Then on on third visit @ about 38K miles they admitted an issue....DUH and fixed the front brakes only???? WHAT....Now they are jacked up too? Then at 58K they charged me $220 again and I had to argue with them for hours every time. That was just the bad side mechanically. Now here this. The jerk JIMMY that works there is a class a MORON. My car was two months old and I carry it to get a flat fixed. Jimmy the moron yanks the 18' rim and tire across my new cars paint job! He didn't even realize it after the fact until I jumped him and was like AARRGGHH...my best Charlie Brown to keep it clean. Then a few months later the jerk is talking to my mom on the phone and thinks he has hung up on her, she overheard him calling her names and cussing about her. She was calling in for a common issue with the Civics, old ignitions switches. To top it all off the jerk even had the nerved to act as if I was a chronic complainer in front of the entire staff because I had to take my car to get the brakes fixed FOUR TIMES before it his 60K miles. This guy is a jerk and I would love to box him one time! More
Purchased a late model Toyota for a very competitive price. When I pointed out that the price listed on the vehicle was more than the "Recently Reduced" price listed on their Internet advertisement, th price. Worked extremely hard to get the best financing and even beat a competing offer from my credit union. Be advised that the dealership included an ~$450 documentation processing fee at closing that was NOT disclosed up front. As this is the first GA vehicle purchase we have accomplished, we were led to believe that this is a customary fee charged by ALL dealerships with just slight variation in the amount. Other than that surprise, everything else about the transaction was extremely pleasant. More

As soon as we arrived, met a friendly greeter who asked to help us. Then Thomas came out to offer asst. He was extremely patient, as we weren't sure what we wanted. Took time to explain everything about every car we looked at. When we started the buying process, he and Brian went WAY above and beyond to make sure we were getting possible financing. Very friendly, jovial, and most importantly, I NEVER felt pressured the entire 3 hrs we were there. I live in Newnan, and am thoroughly convinced it was worth the drive. Will highly recommend those 2 guys to everyone I know who's looking. Thanks! More

I first contacted Mike Patton auto and spoke with Eddie because they had the Accord I wanted in the color I was looking for. Unfortunately this was a hard car to find and it got sold before I was ready to because they had the Accord I wanted in the color I was looking for.
