My husband and I were looking for a used 2009 Honda Pilot. We found one online at Mike Patton that we were interested in. Problem is, we live 90 miles away. We did most of our business over the phone, which was VERY convenient for us. A few days later, we drove our trade-in down, signed a few papers and went on our way. This was the BEST and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The entire staff is unbelievably friendly. Everyone, including the sales manager, stopped to say hello and thank us for choosing them. I plan on keeping this a while, but they will definately get my recommendation to anyone looking for a new or used car...as a matter of fact, they already have. It was WELL worth the 90 mile drive! The no haggle pricing is a relief and because the prices are so great - you don't want to haggle! You just want to sign the deal quick before they change their minds! I did a lot of research online before I bought, so I know I got a great deal. Our salesman was Tim Thomaston and he went out of his way to make sure we found what we wanted in the price range we were comfortable with and we got a fair trade in on our used car. We never felt pressured or pushed and we are very happy with our purchase. We looked at other dealerships, but no one comes close to the customer service we received at Mike Patton.
