I was searching the internet for our dream truck, an Alabaster Silver Metallic Honda Ridgeline RTS and there it was! I called Mike Patton Honda & had the pleasure of being greeted by Hillary who then g Alabaster Silver Metallic Honda Ridgeline RTS and there it was! I called Mike Patton Honda & had the pleasure of being greeted by Hillary who then gave me to Kim Frank. It seems destiny had arrived that day, for I had just met the SUPER WOMAN OF TRUCK SALES. Kim told me my dream truck was sold, but not to worry, she would find me one and have it on the way to me in 48 hours. (Now I'm thinking "Oh no, no dream truck again. She'll never find one.") In just a few minutes the phone rings and SUPER WOMAN OF TRUCK SALES to the rescue - Kim has found our dream truck, the Alabaster Silver Metallic Honda Ridgeline RTS!!! We can't believe our ears. She makes her deal with my husband and then runs it by her Salesmanager who approves it. Then Mary Milliken comes into the picture with our financing package which is just exactly the one we wanted with Honda Finance. Of course, this all did not take place within the 48 hours as the flu bug hit everyone at the dealership at the same time, but with our "baby" sitting there we could wait for a long time to take delivery. We exchanged photos with our SUPER WOMAN OF TRUCK SALES, Kim, and felt a true kinship at once. Her daughter and my daughters look like they could be sisters and Kim & I could also be mother and daughter. The dealership went far & away above duty - they put on beautiful pinstripes at no charge to us. They also gave us NitroFill in our tires and an annual membership for the NitroFill Roadside Assistance/Tire & Wheel Protection program. Kim is a positive attitude person who makes sure that everything to the very smallest detail is taken care of. We will highly recommend her to everyone we know who wants to buy a vehicle. I had been dealing with Mike Patton Honda Service Center until my Ridgelinge was totalled by a DUI(drugs) driver. The truck proved its worthiness in SAFETY, therefore we chose to buy another Ridgeline in i until my Ridgelinge was totalled by a DUI(drugs) driver. The truck proved its worthiness in SAFETY, therefore we chose to buy another Ridgeline in its place. Knowing my circumstances of having to deal with the insurance company and await a payoff, these folks worked with me and got me in a year newer truck, exact same model, half the miles, and the deal was so good that I was able to pay for the new (to me) Ridgeline in full, putting me in an even better situation than I was in before! Thanks to the hard working staff, I feel safe on the roads again. More
