A completely different experience than what you’d expect! My husband and I weren't really in need of a new car, but we (well, he) wanted to take a look at trucks. We had been to Ford in town (BTW-terrible, terrible experience) and weren't really impressed. I convinced him to take a look at the Silverado (I was kind of set on Ford) and a friend of ours recommended this dealership (Mike Reed) and Sara Oliver as the salesperson. When we arrived Sara was with another client at the moment so she told us Ashley would take care of us, that we were in good hands, and she was not lying. Ashley Mankowski was the ideal salesperson; she really does have all the characteristics a good car salesperson should have. She was very professional but at the same time she made that personal connection with the customer. She was engaged, not only in the sale, but in what our wants in the vehicle and financial needs were. Her level of knowledge was truly impressive, let’s face it it’s not every day you see a female rocking a truck sale like it’s nobody’s business. And most of all she was truthful with us and we felt comfortable being truthful with her about what we could and could not afford. I’d also like to mention that out of all the dealerships we visited (Ford and Chevy); Mike Reed was the most reasonable one for giving us the most trade in value for our old vehicle. We went back and forth with the financing options the dealership offered versus what Navy Federal would offer us both Ashley and Sara (who ended up helping us for the closing part of the deal) and the sales manager (Doris Lustiano) were very patient and understanding. Sara’s assistance with the purchase of the truck was a mirror of Ashley’s, outstanding and impeccable. Both of these gals are the definition of what a salesperson should be. When it came to closing the deal it was a smooth process. Doris provided a lot of options on the extended warranty and really worked with us to best meet our needs. The highlight for my husband was when he was given the keys to the truck and Mike Reed himself was right there to congratulate him and shake his hand. We've purchased quite a few new vehicles and they owner himself has never personally been in the dealership let alone come out to congratulate a customer on the purchase of one of their vehicles. In addition to all this, we were registering this vehicle in the state of Florida and Rebecca (the dealer’s tittle clerk) really went above and beyond to ensure that all of the documents required were present when she mailed the pack of. She was courteous enough to call me before she mailed the documents in order for me to review them and provided me a copy of everything. Needless to say that we purchased the vehicle on 30 October and on 12th November our vehicle is already registered in Florida and everything was in order. The level of camaraderie in this dealership is felt as soon as you walk in through the door. Everyone works together and they are all so helpful. there’s no pressure or feeling like you’re being ambushed the minute you drive into their parking lot. You will not be disappointed with the purchase process through this dealership. You really don’t expect the level of service from a dealership here in Hinesville like the one you receive from Mike Reed. We couldn't be more pleased! More
