Unfortunately, our vehicle was totaled recently. Based on our excellent experience with Mike Reed the first time, we decided to return to this dealership. Again, we had a great experience. Ashley was our sales rep. Again, our experience was excellent. We explained to Ashley what we were looking for and the price we expected to pay. Ashley respected our wishes. She provided us with knowledgeable and detailed information on the vehicles we were interested in. We truly appreciated the "no hassle" approach to purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. Ashley did a great job getting us exactly what we were looking for. She also worked with us in getting rebates and discounts. We were interested in several other vehicles around town but based on the positive experience we had previously at Mike Reeds and the positive experience we had there recently...we were sold on Mike Reed. We also have to complement Sara, Doris and Lucas for the friendly service they provided. More

I hope they realize that they've lost two customers that had previously bought vehicles from this establishment. It's sad a few employees can cost Chevy and GM customers. Wouldn't be surprised if we were the only ones. It makes no sense when service quotes a price, starts the work, and that price more than doubled. When they are told we don't want them to complete the work, we have to wait the entire weekend to pick the vehicle up again because they didn't have the proper tools to put it back together. More

We worked with Ashley Mankowski and she was absolutely AMAZING. I can't express how much we enjoyed working with her!! She manGed to trade in my 2009 pt cruiser that two other dealerships turned away, worked with us from about 2pm until 8pm, even though they closed at 7. We were having issues with the bank but she worked her heart out to make sure we got a payment that we could afford, and all on trade in. I find myself wishing I was buying another car just to work with her again! There were other workers around that helped pass the time when they could and were so polite, especially Sara Oliver! I know that if we decide to add another car to our family before my husband gets moved to. New duty station, her desk is my FIRST and ONLY stop! More
