I financed it and traded in a 2025 equinox with 5600 miles. I questioned my trade in value and it went UP by $3000 (3x total) after me questioning it. On Monday I returned and showed him printout from my credit reports. All around 340! ( today it is 341.) Now the question is....if I could get those numbers.....why couldnt the finance mgr And given me the highest trade in to begin with???? I still think I should have gotten more and a lower interest rate. Thank you Carol wenk More

I took my Silverado in to have an oil and filter change the first thing in the morning. Later in the day, I received a phone call from my service advisor that the radio was not working. I told her that the the first thing in the morning. Later in the day, I received a phone call from my service advisor that the radio was not working. I told her that the radio was not a concern to me at that time. When I picked up the Silverado, I was more than a little surprised to find the Infotainment system screen blank as were certain dashboard item. The Navigation System, Back Up Camera, Radio, etc. were inoperative as was the TMPS and the Digital Speedometer, etc. I did take the vehicle back to my residence but took it back to Reichenbach the following day as I was concerned over the lack of so many displays and information. I spoke to the Service Manager and explained that I had not had any problems with the Silverado and that all systems were working when I dropped it off for the Oil and Filter change. He offered to have a technician evaluate the Infotainment system and Dashboard problems and report back. I agreed and left the vehicle. The Service Manager graciously arranged for transportation back to my residence which I much appreciated. The technician evaluated the Infotainment and Dashboard systems and determined that a video cable had failed precisely when I dropped off the Silverado initially, a rare coincidence to say the least! The video cable was replaced and full function of the Infotainment and dashboard screens was restored and functioning perfectly. I much appreciated the excellent work done to discover both the fault and obtain a new video cable to fix the problem. Much credit is due to the Service Manager, Service Writer, and the Technician for resolving the problem. Excellent work and much appreciated!. More
