Too expensive. Presented a coupon for $49.99 oil change that cost me $95. I understand the coupon was good for 6 quarts of oil and my truck requires 8 quarts. No way does 2 quarts of oil cost $40.. total ripoff! Also I had one bad tire pressure sensor when I arrived for service and when I got my truck back none of the tire pressure monitors were working. Was told that when tires are rotated and one sensor is not working then none can be reset. Why was I not informed of that. I would have opted to not rotate the tires at this time. Was told dealership could replace the sensors for $190 each which is ridiculously high priced. Took my truck to a reputable business and had all the our sensors replaced and tires remounted and balanced for $209 total for all four tires. Once my extended warranty has expired I definitely will not come back to this dealership. This only confirms my first encounter with the dealership after I bought my truck there------ZERO TRUST. More

Our lease was up and we wanted to lease a 2026 Trax. They had advertised several deals. They said they could not get us a 2026 within our price range. We felt that they didnt try very hard to accommodate us. We finally decided to buy the leased car but the monthly deal was higher than we wanted. I wish we had said no and looked at other deals on other cars. They told us to come back in a year when the lease deals probably would be better. I’m don’t think we will do that. More
