Dropped my car off for service. Got a text saying it was ready. When I got there they had not put the back windshield wiper on. Told me it would not take long. I sat there for 1 Got a text saying it was ready. When I got there they had not put the back windshield wiper on. Told me it would not take long. I sat there for 1-1/2 before I saw my car sitting out there. I asked if it was done (it had been sitting there for an hour before I realized it was mine). I went to service desk. I asked if wiper had been put on. She did not know. Found the keys and asked if it was done. Then I had to wait for her to adjust my bill. I was really not impressed with young girl in the small office. I have always had great service since I started going there. More

I was very disappointed in the communication and willingness to just brush off moreless helping me. All because i have an Blazer EV. Then find out the service I had them do less than a month before and less than 1000 miles that my care was out of alignment and causing issues with my tires. I had no idea. Very disappointing. More

Had vehicle towed to dealership for warranty repair. Communication was almost nonexistent. Vehicle was at dealership for 8 days and had to be shipped home.
