They did take just a little longer than I had hoped to complete the service but they were short staffed but they hustled & got it done in a very reasonable amount of time. Would definitely recommend them & use them again myself the next time I’m due for service. More

This dealership was very willing to work with us on financing for our used car. However, 2 days after we left the lot (we are not local) the engine light came on. We had it checked and it was an evap s financing for our used car. However, 2 days after we left the lot (we are not local) the engine light came on. We had it checked and it was an evap sensor that required repair. We were told we had a 2 month 2,000 mile unlimited warranty. I texted our salesman who ensured me that I could take it to anywhere that does warranty work and it would be covered. That is where communication stopped. I tried to talk to him again, no answer. My repair shop tried to call him, no answer. I called the sales manager, no response. My husband spent half a day trying to get this figured out prior to the repair appointment. I was at my shop and had to fight to get this paid for up to the last minute (my car was done before I secured payment). Justin was good. He made himself available to me and we did get it worked out. I brought my SUV in to the dealership after being told by another dealership that they would require my vehicle to stay with them for 48 hrs to be able to diagnosis my vehicle with no loaner and I wouldn’t t another dealership that they would require my vehicle to stay with them for 48 hrs to be able to diagnosis my vehicle with no loaner and I wouldn’t take that for an answer and I am beyond thankful that I didn’t because it led me here to Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet and they went above and beyond for me and my family. Not only did they get me in the next morning but they had my SUV diagnosed, parts ordered, and on my way within an hour of walking in the building and to make things better they would have my parts the following morning and that they would get my vehicle fixed and they also had me a loaner while my SUV was in the shop. This dealership will do right by your family and have truly the best customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership and I won’t ever be taking my SUV anywhere else but here to be serviced from here on out! Thank you for taking care of not only my vehicle but my family because we depend on our vehicle to be reliable. More
