I was told the parts needed for repair should be in in about a week. Now going on week three. Hidden Damage, Safety Issues & Poor Post-Sale Support Out-of-state buyer (New Jersey). Purchased a 2023 Dodge Challenger R/T after being told the vehicle was in perfect condition. Before purchase, I placed a $5,000 non-refundable deposit based on agreed price and payment. Upon arrival, I was told by the sales manager the tax was “miscalculated,” increasing the cost. I felt pressured to proceed due to the deposit already being paid. After delivery, I discovered major undisclosed issues: Roof damage covered with touch-up paint and multiple dents/scratches, now causing water to leak into the cabin Cracked windshield Brake system issues: worn rotors, pads, and non-functional parking brake (safety issue) Damaged bumper and mirror glass I have since spent over $2,300 on brake repairs and initial windshield work, with estimates exceeding $5,000 for remaining repairs. Due to the roof damage and leakage, I now have to keep the vehicle covered during rain and snow to prevent further interior damage. My concerns were dismissed, and I was told the sale was final and I should have inspected the vehicle myself. Not a transparent transaction- be cautious, especially for out-of-state purchases.
