Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify that I have already made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with your dealership before posting this review. I reached out via email to Sales Manager Jason Reed, General Manager Craig Blacklidge, and my salesperson Patricia Givens, providing detailed information, photos, and repair documentation. Unfortunately, my concerns were not addressed, and I was informed that the sale was final and that no responsibility would be taken. Given that history, asking me to “reach out” again does not meaningfully address the situation. For transparency to other buyers, the issues I reported—including roof damage (now causing water leakage into the cabin), cracked windshield, and serious brake system problems—were present prior to purchase and were not disclosed. I have already incurred over $2,300 in repair costs, with additional repairs estimated at over $5,000. I am still open to a fair resolution, but I am looking for a concrete response addressing the concerns and documentation already shared, rather than a generic request to reconnect.
