I did not anticipate that I would be buying a car today because my repast experiences have all ended in failure. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP Shared my experience with the entire Management Team at Mike Rezi. I have not heard anything... My son purchased a used 2015 Volvo S60 on 11/18/22. When we test drove the the entire Management Team at Mike Rezi. I have not heard anything... My son purchased a used 2015 Volvo S60 on 11/18/22. When we test drove the vehicle with the sales rep, Saleh, I noticed the stop/start switch and power fluid indicator lights on the dashboard were coming on. He indicated to set up a service appointment and all would be addressed. We were told at the time of the sale that a multi level inspection was performed and that there was a 30day or 1000 mile warranty. Since this is a luxury car I had my own inspection down at a Volvo Dealership to ensure that there were NO hidden issues. It was discovered that the brake and coolant was dirty. So the vehicle needed to be flushed to correct the problem. 12/6/22: I had my son book an appt with Mike Rezi's Service Team and told him to ask for Chad Jackson the service manager and to share with him the paperwork received from Volvo. After 4 hours of him waiting for his vehicle to be serviced, he was told that none of the issues would be covered nor corrected. At that time, I spoke with Chad, Service Manager and he stated that to me and I told Chad to follow up with Luis Anguiano, Sales Manager and Matt Gettys, the General Sales Manager. So I guess Chad did and Luis, whom I had spoken with before who was very unprofessional and very sophomoric in behavior came to the phone. I advised him of the issues going on with the car, and he stated he would speak with Chad; but recall Chad had already spoken with Luis. Well I guess Luis escalated to Matt, the GSM, who further indicated that those items would not be covered. Matt Gettys is very foolish, very unprofessional and very ignorant who tries to over talk when he speaks who murmurs complete nonsense in all of MY dealings with him. Sales is not the profession for him, in order to be successful in such a field, you should be able to read your customers. I told Matt that this should have been caught before the sale of the vehicle. He continues to be adamant that the service warranty would not cover such. I contacted the service warranty people and they told me that this is something that the dealership should handle and this was not even worthy of submitting a claim. 12/7/22: I spoke to Javier Rodríguez, Operations Director. I explained to him about all of the aforementioned. He took notes. He indicated HE would be calling me back in an hour. He continuously apologized for the mishaps that my son and myself experienced. Then Matt calls me again after speaking with Javier to tell ME he still wasn't not going to correct the issue. I asked him again, if you performed a multi level inspection then why didn't you correct the issues? He indicated that if he had caught the issues then he would have. I stated to him that the car was just purchased and in that little time those fluids would not have been that dirty and why after having my son wait for 4 hours you wouldn't have just corrected those issues? He started chatting some NONsense and I told him I didn't wish to continue the banter and to have Javier return my call as he stated he would. I don't know why Javier would pass the baton back to Matt, who was the main culprit within this kerfuffle/dissension and not return my call as he promised. I want to communicate this. There is a second battery that has been faulty in this Volvo that needs replacing to stop those indicator switches from having that issue. I told Matt you could pay me the money and I can have that battery corrected at a Volvo dealership since there may be some programming of codes and through his own admission of ignorance he indicated that Nissan probably didn't know how to correct that but refused to pay me the money to have it corrected. The facts are this, this is a LARGE dealership so why wouldn't you perform the flushes as needed, AT THE BARE minimum especially AFTER his service advisor Danon/Chad both confirmed that the fluids were dirty after 4 hours of my son waiting???. Matt Gettys is a FOOL and very stupid in my opinion and any one dealing with Mike Rezi BEWARE. I plan on filling a suit for breach of contract since I have a written text confirming they would address and correct the issues. Another foolish mistake of Matt's as you can't renege on an agreement once stipulated in writing (text is written consent). It would cost basically this dealership nothing to correct the fluid flushes. Again POOR quality and if I could rate a negative 1000 I would. DO NOT HAVE MATT GETTYS CALL ME. More
