I had the best experience with Lance Brown and his manager, Ana, at Mike Rezi Nissan. I've been trying to get my Honey into an EV for quite a while. She's a Nissan lady and I wanted to make her experience great. I've been eyeing an Ariya for a while. I wanted her to pull the trigger months ago but she wasn't ready. Visited Mike Rezi this past weekend because they had the largest volume of Pre-Owned Ariyas around. I looked at three and drove one. Great vehicle and it was comparable to her Rouge. I was initially greeted by a manager named Ana. Sweetheart of a lady. We had a great conversation but she passed me off to a salesman named Lance Brown. Lance was awesome. A good kid that I see him doing great things in the future. Very well mannered and a pleasure to speak with. I'm a current EV owner with a Ford Mach-E. I'm a Ford dude. But they realized that I did my research and they knew what I wanted for Honey. Later model with low miles. They had several to choose from. I came back with Honey the next day. To my surprise 😮 she picked a model that was totally opposite of what she's picked in the past, regarding interior and exterior color. Mind blown! I'm just glad these folks had the variety to chose from. Honey got out of her comfort zone. She doesn't drive a lot because of remote working. Her 2018 Rogue only had 53K miles. The folks at Mike Rezi were more than fair with the trade in. They could believe that her 8 year old car had so few miles. It just needs some detailing and they can immediately put it back on the lot for sale. Anyway, I'd recommend these folks. Especially if you're looking for an EV, new or pre-owned. Thank you all!
