I recently took my 2015 Altima in for a few services. Upon arrival, my wait was longer than expected; however, Juan Ariza, Lane Manager kindly greeted me and quickly had my car serviced. As always, I received updates regarding the service and if the tech found anything else wrong during the multi-point inspection. All was well! Thank you, Juan, for your kindness, professionalism and outstanding customer service. And I can't forget the tech, Jason L. who always services my car with precision and care and follows up in-person with a detailed report of what he did. Although I live several hours away, it's nice to know that I can travel to a dealership that goes the extra mile and really cares about their customers. 5-STARS Juan and Jason!!!
