Had a bad experience with the purchase of a used cargo van. Unfortunately the van was full of ants with food under the floor mats and AC not working properly after being charged over $2,000 for a in-depth van. The air conditioner was not working properly. Due to the evaporator icing up because the cabin air filter was totally clogged with filth and mold. I'm all for businesses making a profit but when a business charges premium charges and does not give premium service those profits tend to seem a little shady. I'm extremely disappointed at this point. I'll make sure to voice my opinion on the other surveys that I've been asked to reply to. Nobody was able to explain what the in-depth extremely high price inspection cost actually did. If simple little things that should be at least on the top 10 items to check are not taken care of it makes you wonder about more serious things. Found both door panels driver and passenger side missing screws. At this point that extremely exorbitant inspection fee seems to be just a high Armor All interior shine job. And with the sales staff falling off the radar that also speaks volumes. More
