First class service! Our service rep, Chris, was super communicative, helpful and friendly. We have a 2007 Kia Sedona and the ignition wouldn't turn over. The lights would Our service rep, Chris, was super communicative, helpful and friendly. We have a 2007 Kia Sedona and the ignition wouldn't turn over. The lights would come on but it wouldn't turn as if it were in gear. Chris worked with the tech to find the culprit behind the fuse box on the drivers side. Then, Kia had literally 9 part numbers and our Kia was on a bubble between part numbers so Chris contact Korea to resolve the issue. Just a great experience all the way around.
