John- Parts specialist- John helped me get the touch-up pen I needed and showed me the many other things they had to offer. John was professional and knowledgeable as well! Kylah- Service Department- Kylah is extremely nice!! She made me some VERY cool decals and helped me put them on!! I could not be more pleased with this location!!! I have used many different service departments in all of my years of automobile operations (32 years). This shop far exceeds any other experiences I have ever had. I am a female driver and I have experienced many shops treating me like I have no idea as to what could be wrong with my car. (Once it even led to a blown motor because they didn't make the repair I told them that needed to be done and charged me for a fantasy repair. I had gotten frustrated, paid the bill, and left. That part was on me.) I have always had them listen to me. They are always courteous and timely. I frequently use their courtesy shuttle and their drivers are equally friendly and helpful. We have been so pleased with our interactions that my husband brought his used truck here. Recently I worked with Kylah Browning, she also met the expectations I have had the history of finding. Great work by Brian (and the dealership overall) I had done my research so met with Brian just on a whim, stopping in to see a new Subaru Outback "in person." I have a 2002 with 210,000 miles, going strong, but have some long road trips planned (Denver to Anchorage, Denver to Cape Cod, etc.) and wasn't sure "old green" was up for it. Brian and I discussed a few options, I told him I wasn't ready to make a decision and thanked him his time. Though I wanted to wait a few months, I kept checking out vehicles and followed up a few weeks later by sending an email to Brian. He remembered our conversation and sent me info on a vehicle he thought I might be interested in -- boy was he right!! And things just got better when I met with Steve (I did a separate review for him). My St. Bernard and I are already on our first road trip and I don't have a single regret. Though a Subaru pretty much sells itself, all the employees I dealt with at the Greeley Subaru dealership were friendly, helpful and really seemed happy to be there. A New Car Buying Experience I went into the process of looking for a new car with trepidation. When I walked into Greeley Subaru, I did not know what to expect and certainly had my guard up. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greated warmly and given as much time as I needed...after leaving and returning up to three times. I never felt pressured or rushed. Once I made my decision and planned to buy that special shiny new car, my color choice was not available, and I headed to another dealer out of town. However, I found myself returning a few hours later to buy my second color choice from my new family...Greeley Subaru. No need to go anywhere else!
