As I stated in my review, I did not feel as though the salesman wanted to take his time with me or make a sale. I am pre-approved with GM Financial for a $750 per month car payment. I had an appointment with a salesman, and when I showed up at my designated time he was already working with another customer. I did test drive the vehicle, but did not spend more than 5 minutes with the salesman. He sent me home after my test drive, then contacted me the next day and advised me to complete a credit application online. I did so and did not hear back for 5 days. I only received a voicemail that stated I did not qualify. He never tried to negotiate with me or talk payment. I have bought many vehicles in my life and never experienced this. How is it I don’t qualify? Down payment nor payment amount was ever discussed. I’m looking at a 34,000 vehicle with pre approval for $750 a month Payment. I am disappointed that the salesman did not take any time with me to discuss and financing or even any other vehicle options.
