We are looking for that particular used car for our College daughter and when we left other dealerships in Spokane and we didn't purchase it was not a good experience. Due to the salesmanship, professionalism, and personal touch demonstrated by Deb, we ended up purchasing a brand new Expedition instead. There were several points throughout the process that, had I been at a different dealership, or possibly even with a different salesperson, I would have left to shop around at other dealerships. Lake City Ford was the first dealer that I went to in search of an Expedition, and I always shop around. I've never bought a vehicle at the first place I went without at least shopping around first. That speaks volumes to Ms. Caplan's abilities and value to Lake City Ford. She is an incredible asset and Tom Addis is lucky to have her on hos staff. More

I saw, I drove, I purchased! I'm not a picky person when it comes to vehicles, my criteria was V6, low miles, leather and a sunroof. After driving the Lincoln Zephyr I could not f I'm not a picky person when it comes to vehicles, my criteria was V6, low miles, leather and a sunroof. After driving the Lincoln Zephyr I could not find another vehicle remotely close to the price,quality and that feeling you get when you know it's the one. Deb went beyond what I would expect from a CSR, more importantly she came in after her shift to personally walk me though the buying experience. Lake City Ford was by far the easiest, friendliest group of professionals I have ever encountered. I feel I have found my salesperson and dealer for life. I can't stop taking about and recommending this experience to all whom will listen. More
