Ive purchased 3 cars from them and they've always been good to deal amd negotiate with. In Oct 2021 I ordered a Bronco...obviously due to many issues and factors it wasn't scheduled for build unitl March good to deal amd negotiate with. There were times I felt lost in the shuffle, but as soon as it was scheduled by the factory, I was assigned Joe Ruedy as my sales person. He took control and helped me know exactly what was going on and when. He even specially tracked my vehicle from the factory, had them deliver it from the holding yard in Spokane early and had it ready for delivery in less than 1 day (factory was telling me up to additional 2 weeks even after delivery to railyard). He knew how long I had waited and made it personal to get me my new Bronco as soon as . I would definitely recommend Joe for his professionalism and very easy to work with. Brad Halloway, his manager was also awesome to work and negotiate with. More

Sales Department is excellent to deal with. The service department is the most useless I have ever dealt with. I have been trying since August of 2020 to get a warranty replacement of my runni The service department is the most useless I have ever dealt with. I have been trying since August of 2020 to get a warranty replacement of my running boards on the brand new truck I purchased from the dealership. One of the service writers took photos of the chrome that is bubbling up, I have sent photos on two different occasions and I asked my salesman for help, he took photos. There still has not been anything done to get them replaced. I would return to purchase another vehicle but any service work other than an oil change I will go some place else. More

Well, I have been suckered and stuck with 72 months of financial burden. All due to Mike White Ford sales team. Nothing I signed off on was what I was expecting once they handed me off to the finance comp financial burden. All due to Mike White Ford sales team.
