I had a very strange and uncomfortable experience here. Oddly, they never even inspected my car. Gabriel helped me and said my application was denied due to three repossessions. That’s simply false. I disclosed the one I definitely had years ago during our initial conversation, but he claimed the car I currently drive was being repossessed (it’s not, I showed proof I wasn’t even 30 days late!!). He also said a totaled car covered by GAP was a repossession. Again, false because that vehicle was a total loss. I had gone to another dealer before them recently and they mentioned me having 3 repos. Very sketchy. Gabriel never disclosed the actual price of the vehicle I was interested in, which was suspicious. The car was listed online at $26k, but for all I know they were pitching it to lenders for far more without telling me, obviously. Gabriel also never told me what value they gave my current vehicle — which tells me they weren’t treating this as a trade-in at all. Then he suggested I just put down $6,000 and get another car loan without trading mine in, meaning I’d have two car loans, two cars! (I went there alone from out of state lol how could I possibly leave the lot with two cars?!) When I asked if that made sense, he didn’t even try to explain — just started texting on his phone. He then asked if I had a credit card to put the $6k on. Seriously? I was soo confused. Lastly, I had to ask for my paystubs back — they weren’t offered so that’s another red flag. 0/5 stars. If you’re not paying cash, avoid this place. Nothing about the process felt transparent or professional. I honestly feel like it was because I’m a female and went there alone. I ended up getting approved and trading in my car with a dealer not far from here — no issues. I had to put more money down than I wanted but they didn’t see on my credit report the “3 repos” Gabriel said I had so what was that about?! Editing to add: the test drive was so awkward. Gabriel was silent the entire time and didn’t provide information about the features of the vehicle like other sales rep do. He only spoke when spoken to and only answered questions about the car when I asked. So strange. Usually they talk the entire time about the car and the benefits of buying it. I still don’t know if it’s 2WD or 4WD or how many MPG for gas. Usually in a test drive that’s when they take the opportunity to explain things to you to get you to want to buy it. More

Not worth considering. I called only a robot answer. Went there and was closed. All the neighbor dealers where open. Most of the cars in the lot where really dirty, when yo I called only a robot answer. Went there and was closed. All the neighbor dealers where open. Most of the cars in the lot where really dirty, when you look inside the car through the window some of them dirty also. The car I wanted and many others have a paper in the windshield stating “as is, no dealer warranty”. The next week I received a call from a sales person, saying that all the information they give in person. Him and the “manager that called me later” didn’t want to give me information about fees unless I drive the car first. Trying to make me feel bad saying “I have people from far away that come to buy here, you are close and don’t want to come” Terrible service even over the phone. More
The only 5 stars these guys have are probably from their own close friends or family. I would never recommend anyone I know even if its a stranger to this dealership. These guys are grade A typical salesmen own close friends or family. I would never recommend anyone I know even if its a stranger to this dealership. These guys are grade A typical salesmen and the manager daryl is the most unreliable con man and liar that will "try" to make you feel like his friend. Don't bother even asking them questions because they will just use their typical sales tactics to beat around the subject and divert, the more questions I asked the more they would just try to get me to say yes to financing and then tried the old there was a buyer there as I'm on the phone trick just trying to pressure me to go through now or "this buyer" is taking the vehicle and "they usually don't do this" but if I say yes now they would push my deal through first, they even disclosed this "buyers" interest rate and his down payment. Also the more I questioned stuff the longer they would take to return calls or answer, on top of that they do not care one slightest bit about your saftey, purchasing a vehicle for my wife and they wouldn't even change the 7 year old tires or even cover half of the cost. Even if they manage to get you approved good luck cause at the end right as you go to seal the deal you will find out about those "have to have" money grab fees and have to have warranty that they will manage to forget to mention first time and I'm not talking $200 dock fees I'm talking as high as $9,000 added to what you thought you where going to be paying. Not to mention it is a illegal to force someone to purchase a warranty for $4,000 and make it like they are doing you a favor and it protects you. No I didn't take the vehicle and it is probably still there even though there were so many buyers but I could careless I did not want to gives these guys any sort of deal or my money. If you have any self respect take my advice no matter how nice you think the vehicle is just save yourself a massive headache and time. More
