Our first contact with Mile Hi Acura was in the spring of 1986 when we purchased our first Acura and have always had an Acura as our main auto ever since. The service is great and it is nice to have Mark Jarvis at the Service Desk because he owns two NSX's and is very familiar with the vehicle. my NSX. If Acura gave an annual award for service excellence by a service representative they would do well to call it a JARVIS. Mark greets you with a smile in expression and manner; listens closely while noting i service representative they would do well to call it a JARVIS. Mark greets you with a smile in expression and manner; listens closely while noting in detail your concerns; volunteers a rough estimate of the time required and expense involved in those cases where the service to be provided is known ahead of time; brings the unwelcomed news about time and cost with the bedside manner of a hospice physician; moves you through the "check out" process smoothly with all charges explained in detail along with a reminder of the next service recommended by Acura. The service performed at Mile High on the car is of the highest quality also. I have had my Honda or Acura serviced there for over 20 years and I have never had to bring the car back because it was improperly or incompletely serviced. Mark is the perfect example of "Employee of the Year". I've been in customer service for over 30 years myself and to see the way Mark treats his customers or to be one of his customers is an excell Year". Mark goes above and beyond the call of duty, he makes sure your kept up to date on the progress of your car while in the comfortable waiting room or if I've dropped my car off he will always call me during the day. He is professional and carries such a positive attitude that it is actually "fun" to bring my car in to have service done. He takes "one on one" time with his customers and that in itself makes you feel like someone special. He will take the time to explain the service departments recommendation on fix up or repair in a manner that one can make a sound decision on what might be the 1st most important item to fix (because of cost) - and that is a major reason I trust Mark and Mile High because I don't feel "ripped off". I have no problem recommending Mark to my Acura friends and many have called upon him and have been just as satisifed, so Thank you Mile High for having employees such as Mark! More
This dealership services our 2 Acura's. Mark and the service group provide the very best of service. We are treated as friends when we come in. They take the time to explain what is wrong and what our service group provide the very best of service. We are treated as friends when we come in. If they see something that needs to be addressed other than what we came in for they call and let us know what is going on and let us know our options for service. They always give us an estimate on what it will cost and if it critical that we have it done now or we can wait on the repair. This service is what built our trust in the dealership. When we are ready to replace our vehicles this will be our first stop. Mark is the best! He always has time to answer questions and gets us through our pick up as quickly as he can. More

I have two Acura vehicles. Neither was purchased at Mile High Acura because they were not price competetive. However, soon after buying the first one, I had a problem secondary to significant damage to the High Acura because they were not price competetive. However, soon after buying the first one, I had a problem secondary to significant damage to the underside of the vehicle from road debris. My vehicle was towed to Mile High as it was he nearest dealer. The bad luck of the damage was countered by the good luck of meeting Mark Jarvis in the service department. I found a man who is articulate, knowledgeable and motivated to deliver the finest possible customer service. There was no doubt that I wished to continue my service at Mile High. I chose to buy another Acura and Mark referred me to a Mile High salesperson. However, once more Mile High was not price competetive so I bought the second Acura at the same dealership where I bought the first. I immediately chose to bring that vehicle to Mile High for service solely because of Mark. He has repeatedly made my spouse and me know that he cares for us and intends to deliver satisfaction. Never has he failed to do that. If ever there was a problem with servive or repairs, which has been quite rare and never too significant, Mark has immediately made it right. Mark has always been accommodating in arranging for a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. Mile High Acura made a very wise choice when they hired Mark Jarvis.
