I have consistently received EXCELLENT service from Mark Jarvis at Mile High Acura. He remembers my schedule (I have kids to drop off at school, so it's hard to be there before 9 a.m.) and knows I can't do Jarvis at Mile High Acura. He remembers my schedule (I have kids to drop off at school, so it's hard to be there before 9 a.m.) and knows I can't do service on the weekends. He also knows I am flexible for short service calls and prefer waiting in the super comfy lounge (where it is quiet and I can get some work done.) If I do need a loaner, he always makes sure I am comfortable with the car and how it works before I leave the lot. Let me put it this way, I can't wait to buy my next Acura from Mr. Mark Jarvis! More
Mark has is a professional, whenever I need assistance, I always look for him. If he is with another customer or on the phone he has a way of acknowledging you while still giving the person he is helping his always look for him. I have always appreciated how in a few minutes you are his next priority and your concerns are his highest priority. He takes the time to explain what is needed or why the repairs are necessary. He will follow up with a phone call updating you on the status of your repair and has stayed late to help assist in picking up your car. It’s because of Marks friendly outgoing personality and making your feel so important. I will wait for him to finish with another customer before I would go to the next available service writer.
