Mark and others at Customer service for MDX repair are great. They are friendly and they explain car issues and make recommendations. Mark also follows up extremely well. I had an issue with the fan for my heater in my MDX. I was getting a loud noise coming from the fan everytime I turned on the air conditioner or heater. A few days earlier I had the windshield replaced b was getting a loud noise coming from the fan everytime I turned on the air conditioner or heater. A few days earlier I had the windshield replaced by a local glass vendor and began to notice this noise immediately. I took the car back to the glass vendor and they were not able to locate the cause of the noise. So, I took the car into this dealer and they were able to find that a piece of paper towel was wrapped around the fan. They saved this piece of paper towel for me and I was able to file a claim for the cost of this service with the glass vendor. The glass vendor was willing to reimburse me for the cost of this service. I want to say thank you to the dealer for helping me get this issue quickly resolved. More
I've been bringing my cars to Mile High Acura for service since I moved to Denver 13 years ago. I have been going to Mile High Acura for 29 years. Mark sold me my first Accord in 1982. It's a great dealership, close to my house and the people are terrific.
