I originally purchased a car from Erik several years ago, in fact, the car just before this one. So, I have purchased two car, in succession from Erik at this dealership. Although I had a preconceived expectation of going into a car dealership, to deal with a 'car salesman', Eric was different. He was a professional. I am a trainer and found him to be refreshing in his approach - not quick to try to sell, but finding out more about me, what I do, what my needs are. He did a great job at selling the reputation and service of the dealership, which meant a lot to me. And, as I said, this is my second consecutive car from him, and I get all of my service done there, and have been very satisfied! I also appreciated follow up from Erik, AFTER the sale, and even on my anniversaries (1 & 2 years out)! This shows me he's a true professional, and loves his work.
