We have been customers of Mile High Acura for so long, I don't even recall when we first became Acura owners. Mark Jarvis has been the BEST! His customer service is excellent! In fact, Mark is one of our main reasons that we have stayed with Mile High Acura. He has ALWAYS taken the time and effort to help us with anything needed! We would HIGHLY recommend this dealership as well as their service department. The service is ALWAYS excellent. We have not EVER needed to complain about ANYTHING because we have ALWAYS been so well taken care of. 5 stars go to Mile High Acura and 100 stars to Mark Jarvis!!!! I had a very good experience dealing with Erik Traeber at Mile High Acura. I'm from out of state (Wyoming) and Erik was kind enough to pick me up from DIA when I flew into Denver Saturday morning. I've sent many United Airline friends as well as my other friends to Mile High service center for their Acura repairs due to the fantastic and honest service I've received from Mark and the others there at Mile High. He's assisted me so many times and has been so accommodating to my schedule. Being a 1person, 1car family he is appreciated more than I can say. Mark is definately the reason I have been so loyal to Mile High Acura. Until I can afford a newer Acura, I'll just have to count Mark and the rest of the service family to keep this one going. More
