I bought a new Acura MDX in 2005. I loved the car and always had positive experiences at the dealership so when it was time for a new car I headed back to Mile High Acura. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He spent several hours with me on the day I picked up the car- helping install the phone and showing me all the details of my new car, most especially the navigation system. I know that I can call on him with any questions and at anytime. More
This was my very first independent car purchase and the level of professionalism and ease of the transaction suprised me. As I live in Vail and am not able to personally visit the dealership, our sales representative, Matthew Heintz sent detailed reports on vehicles that met our specifications. I appreciated being educated and aware of the various options before driving down to make the purchase. Once at the dealership, everone was courteous and helpful and even the financial side was quick and easy. There wasn't the pushiness that is often a perception of car salesman and instead, it was very comfortable and Matt was great at giving me a tutorial of all of the technical features of the vehicle. I have been very pleased with my purchase and with the staff and service at Mile High Acura. I will certainly be returning for my next vehicle purchase and would recommend to anyone interested in Acura or Honda. More

Besides Acura being a reliable vehicle, we only drive Acuras because we trust our service team and know that whenever we need anything they are right there to help. I would recommend Acura owners to service their vehicles at Mile High Acura and to ask for Mark as he will make sure to take care of you! More

I purchased my RDX in December so this was the first time that i had the need to visit the service department. I had spoken with Mark Jarvis, from Arizona, by phone in January,. The right fog light had bee that i had the need to visit the service department. I had spoken with Mark Jarvis, from Arizona, by phone in January,. The right fog light had been broken on my trip to Arizona. I was not comfortable going to a dealership with which I was not familiar. Mark assured me that since Arizona had no snow, ice, and little rain it would be safe for me to wait until I returned to Colorado to have the light repaired. When I called to schedule an appointment for the 5000 mile service and repair of the fog light Mark remembered my situation.
