I have changed timing belt in your shop and within one month it broke in spite of doing free they were asking 8000$to fix it which was not possible to afford again for my Honda piolet which had only 1100m month it broke in spite of doing free they were asking 8000$to fix it which was not possible to afford again for my Honda piolet which had only 1100mileage then they offer me 8250$ trade in value and said we will help you in buying another car and I agreed for that but they did not helped me and did not reduce the price of the car, I was helpless and I had to buy another car (which actually I didn’t want) due to my financial condition.so I was trapped from both side neither they give good trade value (which they should have given because my car was running nicely but they spoiled it) nor they reduce the price of the car which I bought from them again. At least I was expecting to reduce 2000$ in this car. I have purchased three cars from your dealership.I never expected this I had spent around 4000$ in doing maintenance recently in my Honda Pilot at your shop. They said belt was broken due to other reason so we can not fix it free. This is not acceptable at all and this is not a fair deal with the customer I went to other shop and discussed this problem everyone told me mile high Honda should fix it. I hope you will think again and help me in returning at least 2000$ . I had no intention to buy another car for atleast 3 years and that’s why I was maintaining properly at your dealership as advised by service representative. Really I go through mental torture after this unexpected loss. I hope you will look into the matter and help me. More

Took car in on Monday. Didn’t get back till Friday……..air conditioner recharge (for 2nd time) and oil change. Told car would be done Weds however when called to let them know I was on way to get car I was to conditioner recharge (for 2nd time) and oil change. Call Friday am not ready so I called again to find out has been ready. No one know ms what going on? Whole experience frustrating! My air conditioner still not working correctly imo. They left my dash apart on previous visit and acted like doing me a favor fixing THEIR mistake. Air conditioner situation for months I’m told now : “Monitor the air” ok….for how long? When do we reply parts? It’s warranty is good still to replace parts? I’m looking to see about going to diff Honda place next time. So not happy!! More

Went for an oil change and was asked if I’ve ever been to the facility before. I answered no, expecting anything that I need to know to be mentioned to me then and there. I noticed from the waiting area my car sitting in the parking lot, I thought maybe it hadn’t even been done yet since I was quoted an hour and a half wait. 45 minutes later the service rep comes up to me to tell me that my vehicle is finished. I sat almost an hour in the waiting room just looking at my vehicle before anybody informed me it had already been finished. I mentioned when I was about to pay that I had a coupon for the oil change that I got off the website. Aubrey or Audrey, the service rep stated that those need to be presented at check-in. Again, she asked if I’ve ever been there before and I said no, I don’t know the protocol and I need to be informed of this. She did not honor the coupon and charge me full price. I was a customer for years of Mile high Acura and always experienced exponential service. The difference between Mile high Acura and Mile high Honda are night and day. Didn’t expect such xxxxty customer service. Bummer, I’d suggest going elsewhere! More

Bad service. Took one phone call, three drives to the service just to get an oil change. I call first to make an appointment and they told me just drive-in. I did the next day, the service writer told me service just to get an oil change. I call first to make an appointment and they told me just drive-in. I did the next day, the service writer told me you need an appointment. I try making an appointment with her, she later told me just drive-in after 4pm and before 6pm same day. I come back at 545pm another service writer told me we don’t take drive-in after 530pm come back tomorrow. I come back next day, they final do an oil change and tire rotation. Scratch two rims. More
