Robert took care to note my specific needs to this service appt. and met each one. I didn't want to pay for an alignment but was glad to. Terrible service. Was quoted over the phone $225 per tire and that it would take 1 hour to complete service. When I arrived I was told they might not even have the rig Was quoted over the phone $225 per tire and that it would take 1 hour to complete service. When I arrived I was told they might not even have the right tires. I asked for windshield wipers. Only the front wipers were replaced and it cost $150. I was not advised in any way of the cost. Total bill ended up being over $1700. I was not verbally informed of the 5% credit card fee while checking out. More
