I was at the dealership for 5 hours when I purchased my New vehicle. The salesman, Eric, was great and went above and beyond. His manager, however, slowed the process down significantly dragging his feet through the whole experience. When the vehicle was brought back down to install the tow package and running boards the manager also handled this situation poorly causing increased phone time, headaches, and stress. Throughout this portion of the experience Eric continued to go above and beyond trying to make it right.
Advise for those buying from this dealer:
A. Work with Eric
B. Bring your smart phone so you can have real time numbers to negotiate with management (and do your research ahead of time so you know exactly what type of deal you want when you start the process)
C. Allow plenty of time
