Took my grandma‘s car and then they put 7 quarts of oil in it when it only takes 4.2 we have proof they caught us liars and told us to drive the car until the engine blows up. We reported them and then they took it back and kept it for about six months Proceeded to say that the engine is conked up with oil. It’s our fault. We have to pay to get it back now somehow the tires are bald even though it was a new car then told us that something broke and it would be $500 to fix it and proceeded to blame us for everything after their sales manager lied to us multiple times even telling us that they didn’t put the 7 quarts and they just charged us for 7 quarts Would never recommend them to anyone my grandmother‘s car is still broke down. She’s on a fixed income and now we have to fix it out-of-pocket thanks to Chevy for making the worst cars and the worst people ever. More

My salesman Kevin Camp created a truly exceptional experience. From his knowledge of the vehicles, to him just being a really good guy. Oh, and talking Harley’s and hot rods. That’s always a win. I would work with him again, every time. If anyone I know ever needs a vehicle, I know exactly who I’ll tell them to see. He treated us with respect and friendliness all the way through. He made it much easier to feel good about spending my hard earned money and that is a very rare thing. We absolutely love the truck too. I can’t say enough about my experience. We appreciate you Kevin! The finance guy is alright too! More
I wouod like to say the folks at Miles did a wonderful job with a sell. I bought a 2016 Colorado in November with no warrenty and on New Years eve had break issues when I called Miles found out that they job with a sell. I told them what hapened to the truck and they sent a tow truck and got it ito the shop and fixed the issue. They kept me informed of what was going on and the actions they took to fix it. Got it back and it worked as it should Good job Miles Service. More
good place full with good cars but I was a bit disappointed because they did not give me a chance to test or drive the car and also the back seats was not very clean. I asked them if they can do something,unfortunately they told me they did clean up already and they were suggested me an option of $2,500 for car seats cleaning. another thing I did not like after showed me the car and they went to digging into my credit score to check my score and caused me to loss - 7 points from credit score.beside of that I really really like that place with full of good cars. More

I had my brakes and front end worked on in july on my chevy truck and 15,000 miles later i brought it to my dealership in wisconsin and the parts are wore down and they didnt use gm parts at the dealersh chevy truck and 15,000 miles later i brought it to my dealership in wisconsin and the parts are wore down and they didnt use gm parts at the dealership this is the worst service i have ever had and i will never take anything or buy anything from this dealership ever again. Worst service ever. $1700 down the drain for garbage parts. Do not go to this dealership they are horrible. More
Miles Chevrolet may be the best dealership experience I have ever had! This is on top of bad experiences and sleezy salespeople. John Stadler is THE BEST sales rep ever and was extremely helpful. I liv have ever had! This is on top of bad experiences and sleezy salespeople. John Stadler is THE BEST sales rep ever and was extremely helpful. I live out of state (4+ hours) and John filled every request I had including sending vehicle history, taking LOTS of additional images, bringing the vehicle to a local shop for evaluation and helped arrange everything so I was in and out in a short time. The entire staff is really customer orientated, transparent and never did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or felt as though John only wanted to make the sale. The used car manager even came to introduce himself while I was waiting for the finance manager, Steve Ground who could have had a second career in radio. He was extremely helpful and again, transparent with the financing. More importantly he was never pushy with add-ons, just explained my options thoroughly to help me make the right decision. I would 100% purchase a vehicle from Miles and, I 100% recommend using John Sadler as your sales rep if you are looking for a sales person that is organized, has good follow up and is extremely helpful. Bonus - Because I came to purchase the vehicle by myself, I decided to rent a Uhaul to tow the other vehicle I drove down there home. I picked up the Uhaul and John, Jason Knecht (not even involved in the sale) and some other staff members, helped me load the other vehicle safely. I cannot express my gratitude for all of the help from Miles Chevrolet that day. I know who I will be calling if I need another vehicle. **I only gave 4 stars for quality of work as the detail staff needs to up their game on the interior vehicle detailing. I did point out a few areas that needed to be gone over again, and John quickly got the vehicle back over to be re-detailed. However when I got the vehicle home, I needed to spend time to get the interior from 90% to 100%. Exterior looked fabulous and I would rate at 100%.** More

Sales rep told me he would find me some matching floor mats. Im still waiting. More
